As a Certified Success & Leadership Coach for coaches, healers, and wellness practitioners, I integrate mind, body, and strategy to help women grow thriving, sustainable businesses—without sacrificing their peace, well-being, or joy.

For years, I believed success meant pushing harder: more hours, more effort, more doing. But the harder I pushed, the more exhausted, disconnected, and stuck I felt.

I’ve experienced burnout three times:


→ The first was at 25, while my sister was in the ICU for months. At the same time, I was in an emotionally abusive relationship with a narcissist, and had completely fallen out of love with my job in education.

→ The second was after moving to a new country and stepping into a dream role that, while exciting, overwhelmed my nervous system. I fell into hyper-overwork and perfectionism, and eventually landed in a complete freeze state.

→ The third was after returning to work as a new mother. Coming back from maternity leave, I hit the ground running—taking on client work, joining a business accelerator, and enrolling in another coaching certification, all while navigating motherhood. It wasn’t long before I burned myself out—again.

Each of these moments forced me to re-evaluate everything I believed about work, time, and success. Over the last decade, I’ve been unlearning toxic productivity and rebuilding a business and life rooted in sustainability, ease, and alignment.

After my third burnout, I finally put all the missing pieces together to create a way of working that not only supports big growth without the hustle, but also allows me to be fully present for the parts of life that matter most.

Since then, I’ve grown my business year after year, built a powerhouse team, and become the present, fulfilled mother I always dreamed of being.

For years, I believed success meant pushing harder: more hours, more effort, more doing. But the harder I pushed, the more exhausted, disconnected, and stuck I felt.

I’ve experienced burnout three times:


→ The first was at 25, while my sister was in the ICU for months. At the same time, I was in an emotionally abusive relationship with a narcissist, and had completely fallen out of love with my job in education.

→ The second was after moving to a new country and stepping into a dream role that, while exciting, overwhelmed my nervous system. I fell into hyper-overwork and perfectionism, and eventually landed in a complete freeze state.

→ The third was after returning to work as a new mother. Coming back from maternity leave, I hit the ground running—taking on client work, joining a business accelerator, and enrolling in another coaching certification, all while navigating motherhood. It wasn’t long before I burned myself out—again.

Each of these moments forced me to re-evaluate everything I believed about work, time, and success. Over the last decade, I’ve been unlearning toxic productivity and rebuilding a business and life rooted in sustainability, ease, and alignment.

After my third burnout, I finally put all the missing pieces together to create a way of working that not only supports big growth without the hustle, but also allows me to be fully present for the parts of life that matter most.

Since then, I’ve grown my business year after year, built a powerhouse team, and become the present, fulfilled mother I always dreamed of being.
