We meet with the required stakeholders to identify coaching objectives and align with an action plan

During this 2-hour session, we design our coaching relationship and solidify goals. We discuss the overall leadership vision and work toward action

We meet bi-monthly and focus on our defined goals and leadership objectives

We reflect on your journey and honor and celebrate where you are

We meet with the required stakeholders to provide progressive review and feedback

If necessary, delivery of post coaching follow-up can be completed
