DISCOVERY SESSION

During this 2-hour session, we design our coaching relationship and solidify goals. We discuss the overall leadership vision and work toward action

COACHING SESSIONS

We meet bi-monthly and focus on our defined goals and leadership objectives

CLOSING SESSION

We reflect on your journey and honor and celebrate where you are

Closing Stakeholder Meeting

We meet with the required stakeholders to provide progressive review and feedback
