You will be in a safe and curated space to help cultivate the fertile grounds for you to hear your own voice amongst the cultural noise that keeps us small, stagnant and pleasing others. By the end of each circle, you will have greater clarity around yourself and who you are becoming, trust in your intuition, and energy behind your next steps.

What happens in a circle?
Each circle focuses on a different topic while following the same arc:
We begin with designing our space together of what conditions are needed to feel comfortable, open and impactful
We disconnect from the noise outside and dive inward through a grounding practice to calm our nervous system and gain new awareness around the topic at hand
We connect to our desires, needs and intuition through a carefully crafted exercise
We integrate the learning while defining a clear next step to take in the outside world
All while experiencing the magic when a collective group of supportive women come together!

I’m a visionary nurturer. I help you sift through the mental mess, clarify the vision you have for your work and life as well as the steps to get there and then I support you to become the woman you need to be to actualize it.
